Baklava (or baklava) – roughly speaking, a cake with nuts and sweet syrup, widely used in Eastern cuisine. Baklava with pistachios is made from 40 layers of phyllo dough. Among the ingredients are pistachios grown in Gaziantep, also known as “gray pistachios”. Baklava is prepared at a temperature of 160 °C in the oven for 45 minutes. Sugar syrup boiled at about 110 °C is added.
